No. Membership is application-based. You need to apply first. Once your application is approved, the payment link will be shared with you.

No. The membership fee is non-refundable after activation because members receive access to digital content, catalogue, videos, support rules and membership resources immediately after activation.

Yes. You can upgrade anytime. The unused value of your current membership will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis, and your new membership term will start from the upgrade date.

No. Downgrade is not available during the active membership term.

Introductory pricing applies to the first membership term only. Renewal pricing or renewal offers will be communicated before the renewal date.

WhatsApp support is available during Box2Joy working hours. Response timelines apply only during working hours. Box2Joy may mention specific hours such as 10 AM to 8 PM where required.

One query means one product-selection question or one clearly defined requirement. Follow-up clarification on the same query may be counted as part of the same query at Box2Joy's discretion.

No. Unused monthly queries do not carry forward.

For the first 30 days after activation, you can ask product-selection and catalogue-related questions within the membership support scope. Fair-use applies, with up to 2–3 queries per day.

For Practice Builder members, priority support means a response target within 6 working hours. Some queries may take longer if product availability, custom sourcing or pricing needs to be checked.

White-label options may be available to all tiers for eligible products. They are subject to product-specific MOQ, pricing, packaging feasibility and availability.

Eligible products may be available in white-label format. Custom labels, inserts, special packaging and bundles may have separate charges and timelines.

No. Lab certification applies to Rudrakshas only. Crystals, Vastu remedies and aromatherapy products follow Box2Joy's sourcing and quality checks, but lab certification is specifically for Rudrakshas.

No. Membership discounts apply only to eligible catalogue MRP products. Custom orders, non-catalogue products, custom packaging, special bundles and custom-sourced products will be billed at agreed rates, with no further tier discount.

Yes. Membership fees will be billed with applicable GST. Product orders will be invoiced separately. Shipping charges will be added at actuals in the product invoice.

No. Video links, catalogue access and member resources are for the approved member's personal learning and practice use only and should not be shared publicly or forwarded outside the membership.

Box2Joy reserves the right to pause or cancel membership access in case of misuse, abusive behaviour, sharing private resources, false claims or violation of membership terms.

No. Members are responsible for how they communicate and recommend products to their clients. Box2Joy provides product guidance and catalogue support, but does not take responsibility for exaggerated claims, guarantees or independent advice given independently by members.
