Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 4-5 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Express Delivery is available at an additional cost; please call us on +91-88806-66664 if you want to avail this service.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If the delay is beyond five days, we will keep you informed.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Box2Joy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@box2joy.com or +91-88806-66664.

If your order has not been shipped, we will immediately process the refund of your payment. If your order has been shipped, we will refund your amount as soon as we receive the items back from you. The refund in case of the shipped product will be processed after deducting return shipping charges.
